- Professional Data: Job title, timezone, and project-specific requirements provided during the Ops Diagnostic or subsequent consultations.

- Opt-Out Rights: We respect client-specific data restrictions. If a Client’s internal policy prohibits the submission of data to AI models, such restrictions must be documented in the signed Scope & ROI Document, and we will adhere to those exclusions strictly.
4. How We Use Your Information
We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent. These include:
- To deliver the Ops Diagnostic and custom software tools.
- To manage client accounts and process payments.
- To send administrative information, such as changes to our terms or policies.
- To deliver targeted advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and marketing communications.
5. Sharing of Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share information only with:
- Third-Party Service Providers: Firebase (hosting), Mailchimp (email), and specialized freelancers who assist in project builds (subject to confidentiality).
- Legal Requirements: If we believe the release of information is necessary to respond to legal process or protect the rights, property, and safety of others.
6. Data Retention and International Transfers
We retain inquiry data for up to 24 months and client-related data for 5 years following the termination of the business relationship for legal and accounting purposes. As a U.S.-based company, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States; we implement appropriate safeguards to ensure your data remains protected under applicable laws.
